12,000 steps November Challenge - Mental Health Foundation

Last month our team took part in the Mental Health Foundation 12,000 steps a day November challenge - designed to get you moving to improve both your physical and mental health. We had a great variety of photos from peoples walks from London, to the couintryside to the beach.

Our mental health and wellbeing is a priority, so we are proud to get involved with active initiatives like this whilst raising awareness and money for such a great cause.
