We have achieved planning for 14 rented affordable housing scheme with ground floor community space in South East London.

This is the first flatted scheme in RBG to be delivered as Net Zero Carbon and is utilising a fabric first approach (improved building regulations and air permeability), ASHP’s, MVHR and PV panels. The construction is with SIP panels, brick skin and triple glazing.

The project is currently due to start on site early 2024
