In collaboration with Iceni Projects, we are pleased to have successfully achieved planning approval for the re-use and extension of Eastgate House in Basildon.

The project exemplifies our commitment to Net Zero principles, focusing on refurbishment and reuse. It involved converting the lower floors into residential spaces and adding six more floors.

This development provides 86 flats, a new external brick envelope, and enhanced public spaces.
