Adam is an Architectural Assistant and has been a key team member of the team for over 8 years. Adam works primarily on feasibility and planning stage projects, producing concept and 3D models as well as graphics and fly-throughs. Adam likes to play football and golf in his spare time.

Adam is an Architectural Technologist with a background in in the residential sector. He has a keen interest in technical detailing and BIM collaboration. In his spare time, he enjoys bouldering and football.

Alexia Eigbefoh is a Part 1 Architectural Assistant with a keen interest in the Net Zero Carbon initiative. Alexia has won competitions while at university such as the Love architecture competition: Leicester which focuses on creating spaces and installations that serve the community. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, attending concerts and is a massive foodie.

Damian is an Associate at Fuse Architects specialising in large scale residential planning packs. Damian runs a variety of technically complex planning schemes, delivering hundreds of units throughout London, as well as managing the studio’s drawing quality standards. Damian is a big rugby fan and enjoys travelling the world.

Dave has over 30 years' experience in architectural design and is equity partner and Design Director of Fuse Architects. His impressive portfolio of award-winning developments range from residential regeneration to intimate theatres. Dave has led teams to win numerous design awards and his particular skill is in delivering complicated planning approvals. In Dave's spare time he's a keen track day motorcyclist.

Henry is an architect with a background in residential and regeneration, and has a keen interest in Passiv Haus, retrofitting and BIM. He has contributed towards the delivery of multiple housing schemes in London and the South-east. In his spare time, he likes to socialise, and watch and play cricket and football.

James is an Associate at Fuse Architects, supporting the financial operations and internal systems of the business including the PM systems, ISO, tenders and general governance. James enjoys attending gigs and festivals, and can often be found on an airsoft field or with his head in a book.

Jack is an architectural technologist with a background in high-end residential work. He has a keen interest in sustainable design and BIM. In his spare time, he enjoys looking for vintage gems at flea markets, socialising with friends and playing hockey.  

Jeremy is an Architect with extensive technical and delivery experience on medium and large scale residential & mixed-use developments.

Kat is an associate at Fuse Architects with experience delivering large scale residential schemes in Greater London. In her spare time Kat is a terrible guitarist and a figurative artist, who has exhibited her work for charity.

Nikoleta Filippidi is an Architect. Nikoleta has a background in residential and education developments, specialising in 3D modelling.

Matt is our Technical Director at Fuse Architects with a background in the retail sector. Matt works on a variety of residential schemes in the office across RIBA stages 0-7 ranging in sizes form 10 to 100 units. In his spare time, Matt is a keen footballer and cyclist (and loves a beer or two on a Friday).

Penny has over 30 years' business experience and is main equity partner and Director of Fuse Architects. Penny manages the commercial aspects of the business and has a wealth of experience in business development, with a passion for housing and social enterprise. Additionally, Penny has mentored and overseen teams of personnel both within Fuse and as part of other initiatives. Socially she is a keen cook, swimmer and mum to 3 grown up boys.

Radu is an Architect with experience in the design and delivery of projects across the residential and mixed-use sectors. In his spare time, Radu is a professional architectural photographer, he loves travelling and visiting iconic architectural projects.

Sarah is an Architect with a diverse experience across a range of sectors including education, masterplanning, commercial and mixed-use. She has a passion for understanding how people interact within spaces to create schemes that help positively shape and optimise people’s experiences. In her spare time, Sarah likes to travel, visit exhibitions, and support her favourite football team at the Bridge!
