Barnfield is a Net Zero Carbon, fully rented affordable housing scheme with ground floor community space in South East London.
We delivered Net Zero Carbon utilising a fabric first approach (improved building regulations and air permeability), ASHP’s, MVHR and PV panels. The construction is with SIP panels, brick skin and triple glazing.
Residents are moving into the new homes in Autumn 2025.
