Housing Design Awards 2026

Our second shortlisted project for the Housing Design Awards is Barnfield Road, in Greenwich. We delivered RIBA Stages 0-6, receiving planning in 2022 with completion in July 25.

Damp & Mould Breakfast Seminar

Dave Hughes and Matthew Tear had a great time presenting at our breakfast seminar with Charles Hingston and Dr Christopher Marien from calfordseaden with insights into the work we are doing to address the chronic Damp & Mould issue and the implications of Awaab's Law. Thanks to everyone who came. We had great attendance, a good discussion and excellent pastries.

Lady Helen Seymour House

We are proud to have been appointed by Buxton Building Contractors to help transform the historic Lady Helen Seymour House into a state-of-the-art supported accommodation and assessment centre for rough sleepers.

 

The facility, formerly a Victorian maternity hospital, will be converted into a shelter comprising 42 rooms for single adults. It will provide tailored support to help its most vulnerable residents achieve recovery and transition to independent living.

Kennington Park Community Centre

Planning Permission

We are delighted to have achieved unanimous planning approval for our scheme with The Hyde Group for the extension and refurbishment of the Kennington Park Community Centre and 8 new, much needed, social rented affordable flats. The scheme was developed in close consultation with the existing Community Centre users, trustees, staff, local residents and the Hyde Team.
