Working with Swale Borough Council and their Rainbow Homes housing team, we have secured planning approval for 51 homes in Sittingbourne.

Overall this scheme will transform an underutilised town centre site in a highly sustainable and well connected location with high quality new affordable homes in a welcoming community development which contributes to the regeneration of the town centre.
