Working as Lead Designer for the development of 85 apartments (35% affordable) in New Malden. We delivered RIBA stages 4-6 with a fully Revit/BIM scheme.

The buildings are between 5 and 7 storeys, providing retail and commercial workspaces at ground floor and residential above. The project was handed over in summer 2024.
