We are delighted to be working with Buxton’s on the delivery of this state-of-the-art supported accommodation and assessment centre to tackle homelessness.
The facility, formerly a Victorian maternity hospital acquired from housing association L&Q, will be converted into a shelter comprising 42 rooms for single adults. It will provide tailored support to help its most vulnerable residents achieve recovery and transition to independent living.
We have been working collaboratively with former rough sleepers looking at a design strategy that ensures we deliver a scheme that meets their complex needs whilst refurbishing an existing building and remaining within budget.
