This scheme provides 125 affordable flats for Square Roots. This site sits at the Northwest corner of the future Cambridge Road Estate masterplan in Kingston and is considered the ‘missing piece’ of the masterplan site, forming part of one of the main entrances to the wider estate.

The planning application was approved, unanimously, at planning committee. The scheme is currently on site.
