Hyde Housing appointed us to assist in optimising underused land within the Hyde portfolio to create more affordable housing.

We secured planning approval for Kennington Park Community Centre - the refurbishment of the existing community centre and a new building with ground floor community cafe, multi-use community space and 8 new rented affordable flats to the upper floors.

Start on site is anticipated in Spring 2026.
